Privacy, in plain English

This website is a brochure. It sets no advertising cookies, runs no tracking scripts, and loads nothing from third parties, with one exception: the map on the contact page only loads from Google if you tap it.

The enquiry form

If you send an enquiry, we receive your name, phone number, your email address if you choose to give one, your child's age, the subject you're interested in, and anything you write in the message box. The form is delivered to the centre's email and used for one thing: contacting you back about lessons. Enquiries pass through our own booking system, where records are automatically deleted after seven days. Like most email, delivery is handled by providers that may process data outside the UK, under the safeguards UK data protection law requires. We don't add you to mailing lists and we don't share your details with anyone.

Children's details

We deliberately ask only for your child's age, not their name or school. Please don't include more detail about your child than you're comfortable sharing at this stage; everything else can wait for a conversation.

Deleting your details

If you'd like an enquiry deleted, call or WhatsApp 07905 105287 or ask in person, and it will be removed from the centre's email.
